Differential drive solution for a heavy-duty AGV platform

Project requirement. A heavy-duty AGV platform required a differential drive solution for a 6-ton-class vehicle, while meeting traction, steering and chassis-integration requirements.

Our work. JY ROBOT supported load and drive-layout review, differential drive module matching, interface coordination and prototype validation.

Project outcome. The matched drive solution was integrated into the vehicle platform and progressed through validation and project delivery.

Wheel development for specialised surface contact and mobility

Project requirement. The robot required a dedicated wheel assembly capable of maintaining stable contact and movement on vertical and specialised surfaces.

Our work. The wheel structure, material, contact profile and mounting interface were adapted around the robot architecture and operating surface.

Project outcome. A project-specific wheel assembly was developed to support the robot's mobility and surface-contact requirements.

Flow rack manufacturing and project delivery for a European customer

Project requirement. The project required 1,000 sets of FIFO flow racks for parts storage and material handling, with consistent structure, roller-lane configuration and manufacturing quality.

Our work. The scope covered structural preparation, sheet-metal processing, frame fabrication, surface treatment, FIFO flow rack assembly and delivery coordination.

Project scope. The flow racks were produced for a European customer, with delivery and project support coordinated according to the customer's site requirements.

Components for Disinfection and Medical Service Robots

Rapid component support during an urgent robot programme

Project background. During an urgent service-robot programme, mobility and load-bearing components were required for disinfection, temperature-screening and medical-support robots.

Our work. JY ROBOT coordinated component preparation and production support within a compressed project schedule, helping the customer continue equipment assembly and deployment.
