Product Overview
The JY ROBOT Gravity Flow Rack uses inclined roller tracks so that goods move along each lane under their own weight. It is designed for the organized storage and transfer of totes, bins, and components. This model features a Q235 carbon-steel frame and PVC rollers, with six levels and 24 independent flow lanes. Each lane is rated for 30 kg, and the complete rack is rated for 720 kg. The rollers use a spring-loaded pin mounting system for convenient on-site assembly, removal, and maintenance. Overall dimensions, number of levels, number of lanes, and load capacity can be adapted to project requirements.
