Product Overview

The ISW series integrated servo wheel module combines the drive, motor, gearbox and wheel into one compact unit, supporting space-saving mobile robot chassis designs.

The product uses a common-body platform design. The module body has no fixed cables and can be connected quickly through dedicated sockets and external cable assemblies. The series is available with Ø165 mm and Ø180 mm polyurethane wheels, rated torque from 22 to 75 N·m, and rated linear speed from 1.18 to 2.14 m/s.

The drive uses separate power and logic supplies and supports external forced brake release, RS485 commissioning and CANopen communication. It is suitable for mobile robots with load capacities from 600 kg to 2 t.

Four-in-One Integration

The servo system provides high accuracy and fast response, stable operation down to 1 rpm, smooth high/low-speed transitions and strong overload capability.

Supports separate drive power and logic supplies, external forced brake release, RS485 commissioning and standard CANopen communication.
