Product Overview
The JYD-HWR rubber-tyre series uses large solid-rubber tyres instead of polyurethane treads. The tyres give strong grip, damping and low running noise, which suits outdoor lanes, ramps, floor joints, uneven or slightly contaminated floors and faster long-distance logistics.
Three standard models cover Ø250–380 mm tyres and 1,000–1,500 kg per unit. The JYD-HWR250 reaches about 98 m/min; the Ø330 and Ø380 models provide wheel torque up to 974 N·m for ramps and heavier loads.
Travel and steering are both servo driven. Motor, gear ratio and interface can be adapted to the vehicle and route.
